Hapiness

People go from the house to the work every day, then, they buy things in the supermarket, and maybe go to a bar to drink beers and again go back to their home to sleep because they have to work the next day. It is a routine. The city swallows them, and it is something that we as human beings do not realize. Our dreams are preset since we are babies. The concept of happiness is sold in the television and in the internet as something related with money and purchasing objects, but in my view it is wrong, happiness comes when you appreciate little things, when you love without expecting anything in return and when you do what you like to do.

First of all, happiness is not a stage of our life; it is not the end of the story like the movies. It is the sum of very little moments that make our heart beat faster than ever. It is, for example, when you are with your best friend drinking a coffee and laughing at every word, it is when you see a sunset, when you smell a flower, when you feel the sand in your feet, it is tranquility. John Lennon, a famous singer, said: “Life is what happens to you while you are busy making others plans” it means that the best important moments and the essence of life occurs when you are not waiting for them, happiness is the same, you do not have to make a preparation to be happy, it is something spontaneous, only you have to see the day with other eyes.
On the other hand, when you love without expecting anything in return life is easier, because it is not like paying and giving something back. We cannot control people’s life but we can control ours. Satisfaction does not mean about receiving something from somebody, satisfaction means about giving everything you know, and everything you have, and in this way people will do the same.

Finally, happiness comes when you do what you like because it is happiness itself: get up early in the morning and know that you will work in something that you enjoy. That is why is very important to choose the profession you like the most, because is our whole life, and there is nothing more wonderful in the over the world that we earn a living doing what we love to do.

In conclusion, happiness is for me not about material things, it is something about enjoying the little moments of our lives, loving without expecting anything in return and doing what you like to do. The concepts that are in the TV and internet are based on principles of a society or consumption, in a world where the word development means buying and buying things.
